A WRUU update – WRUU is rebroadcasting an earlier show that was originally broadcast on Aug. 3 with guests Chatham County Emergency Management Agency director and Emergency Management Specialist Dennis Jones and CEMA Community Outreach and Emergency Management Specialist Chelsea Sawyer. Some of the info will no doubt be beside the point at this time but some will not be. I invite you to listen at 107.5 and at WRUU.org. I may rebroadcast it again later today or tonight. It’s looking like Irma is not going to be quite as terrible for Chatham County as it seemed it would but don’t kid yourself, whether it’s hurricane status when it get’s close to us or not it’s nothing to shrug off. Could be 30-40 mph winds with gusts higher than that and plenty of rain. I invite you to listen at 107.5 and at WRUU.org. I may rebroadcast it again later today or tonight.

Stay vigilant, stay smart, stay informed, stay safe!
