Susan Orlean, The Library Book
This week, Leigh Rich chats with author Susan Orlean — who is in Savannah as part of The Georgia International Conference on Information Literacy — about her runaway bestseller The Library Book. Orlean is a staff writer for The New Yorker and the author of ten books, including Rin Tin Tin: The Life and the Legend, Saturday Night, and The Orchid Thief. Leigh and P. T. also discuss other aspects of The Library Book and read a few excerpts about libraries and the roles they serve in our lives.
