With Monday’s announcement that plans would be made to eliminate the infamous fire fee that City Manager Hernandez created and the recent announcement that he’s in the running for the open city manager job in Brownsville, Texas, it’s a great time for Jim to come in and give his views on the way all this has developed and continues to develop.
