Wed.6 pm. We will be live from Oaxaca, Mexico. Our show will primarily focus on the upcoming Dia de los Muertos festival (in English the Day of the Dead). It is not the Mexican version of Halloween when we scare the dead spirit away, but rather a beautiful seven-day celebration of life and its continuation into death bringing ALL the family together, the living and those who have passed. We will next be live from Oaxaca, Mexico on Wednesday, October 17 at 6 pm EDT. It reflects the great traditions of Oaxaca and Mexico – respect for the family.
We recommend that you watch “Coco,’ a 2017 Disney Pixar movie that tells the story of Dia de los Muertos in a joyous and heartfelt way and whose characters are modeled after the Dia de los Muertos celebration in Oaxaca and all Mexico. It is loved by old and young alike.
