This week on When the Moon Sings: P.T. lands an interview with author Capt. Judy Helmey

May 31 at 5 p.m. on When The Moons Sings: Capt. Judy Helmey first went to sea when she was five years old. Since, she has become the proprietor of Miss Judy Charters on Wilmington Island, as well as a charter captain. Her new book, Hoochie Coochie Fire Tail, tells salty sea and land stories from her father, Sherman Helmey, as well as her own. Like her previous book, it’s also a glimpse of the Wilmington Island of the past. P.T. says Helmey is one of the most interesting people he knows.
