Tue. & Thu. 8 a.m. Today on Savannah Lexicon, Wayne’s guests are:  Chon Magada and Martie Kaufman will discuss Savannah’s Latino/Hispanic community. Both guests have been deeply involved with the community for years. Chon is one of the organizers of the large annual Hispanic festival in Port Wentworth – the Latin Festival of Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe and served as the President of the Latin American Services organization (LASO). Martie Kaufman is an Anglo LCSW who speaks fluent Spanish and serves as a court interpreter and anger management counselor for Hispanic men.
