Tue. & Thu. 8 a.m. Today on Savannah Lexicon, Wayne’s guest is: Nick Palumbo, President of the Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association.  Wayne & Nick will talk about the conservation district being created in the AP/CC neighborhood,   which would prevent razing historic properties in the district. A City Council hearing on the matter is scheduled for the 15th. Also up for discussion – traffic calming, police de-merger and the fire fee.
