This show is a “round table” culinary arts show which features discussion related to food and food preparation. There will be a potpourri of ideas, opinions, food culture and anecdotal stories – hence The Algonquin Kitchen. It will be a culinary arts talk show with a “round table” feel. Subject matter will have an emphasis on wide range of food topics with an over all culinary tone. There will be studio guests (hence the round table) and call-in guests. We will address unique and topical subjects as they relate to the Culinary field with humor and the insight of professional chefs. A mix of live and pre-recorded content and music segments, guests and subject matter will range from local to global. A potpourri of ideas, opinions, food culture and anecdotal stories – hence The Algonquin Kitchen.
